OFFICINA* Journal of Architecture, Technology and Environment
OFFICINA* is an editorial project born in 2014 to narrate research in the fields of architecture, design and technology. All OFFICINA* articles are evaluated by a double blind peer review procedure by the journal's Scientific Committee. Each number tells a theme, each number is a research.
OFFICINA* is included in the ANVUR lists of Scientific Journal for Area 08 starting from issue 16 of 2017.

OFFICINA* n.44 reflect on how to design age-friendly cities, homes, and spaces of sociality collecting contributions ranging from large to small scale, addressing several topics: transversal and complex issues such as climate change concerning the fragility of the elderly population to ensure autonomy of life; how different approaches to design contribute to find solutions to ensure active and healthy ageing in both metropolitan cities and rural and inner areas; in which way home can become the first place of care thanks to digital technologies, and ensuring a constant relationship with the outside and with green areas then with the seasonality and over time.
